Distiller’s Notes

Best enjoyed snuggled under a fleece-vested blanket in the park with friends while the sun is shining. It is a beautifully fruity gin, smooth in texture and in taste, with a strong strawberry nose as well as rose tropical notes of juniper, coriander and citrus. We distilled as well as infused with the botanicals which also give its deep red colour that turns to a blushing pink when mixed with tonic.

Recommended Drinking Method

Add a whole strawberry (cut in half) to your glass. Serve with tonic water or pink tonic and ice.
